    This "sniffs in" at about 4.5 stars...

    CRAB CHEESE BREAD -- great balance of crab, cheese and bread; no skimping; this was so good we had 2 orders

    PRIME RIB SPECIAL (Medium rare) -- maybe a tad over medium rare but still tender and tasty; meat is above average

    GUINNESS (on tap) -- not my first choice anymore with stouts and porters but it is reliable and sound

    We met our friend here and so we weren't in a rush and were able to watch the sun set on the coast and enjoy good food, drinks in a nice spot with a good friend.

    SERVICE is fairly attentive but slow due to an event in the adjoining room. They were apologetic.

    Food here is much better than the Ocean Terrace and the prices are a tad better too.  I get that you pay for the view at the OT, but at Mullins they live stream the same view you'd see from the OT. Or you can always walk off lunch with a stroll around the Ritz property, like we did. We ordered the Calamari to start. Their deep fryer must not have been hot enough because it was very greasy but the portion size and flavor was good. My blackened salmon sandwich and sweet potato fries were delicious. Perfect cook and portion for the $18 price. My husband got the club sandwich and taters. Very generous size and he ended up only eating half. Definitely prefer Mullins over the OT and will be back again.

    our group came here for a respite from the hot afternoon sun after soaking in Half Moon Bay's scenery.

    after enjoying our iced waters we ordered cocktails and drinks befitting this summer weather ie refreshing mules and ciders. since we were more thirsty than hungry we only got the buffalo wings which we all liked.

    if we do get "lost" in this neck of the woods again, we'd like to sample the positively reviewed grub choices.

    I arrived here with my wife and 1 year old daughter.
    They moved us twice between tables without apparent reason. Then made us wait super long to even accept our order. Then after total of 1 hour of waiting we left. Don't understand why this happens. Can't recommend this place obviously.

    Service is beyond slow. I had to grab my own menu and tried waiving down several servers but they just ignored. Sat for at least half an hour before I walked out
